Submit a request to permanently delete your CareerX account and all associated personal data.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • •Your profile, portfolio, and all uploaded resumes will be permanently erased.
  • •Your job applications, saved jobs, and dashboard analytics will be removed.
  • •Any active Pro subscriptions will be canceled immediately without a refund.
  • •You will be removed from all marketing and notification mailing lists.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)

If you have access to your account, you can instantly delete your account and all data directly from your dashboard settings.

Option 2: Manual Request

If you cannot log in or prefer manual processing, send us an email from the address associated with your account. We will process your deletion request within 7 business days.
